Shipping and Delivery

Packages are usually dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via an international fast courier, with tracking information (currently FedEx).

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping costs. If you are buying from a non-EU country, you are liable to Customs and Excise Duty payments. The goods would normally be held by the Customs Authority at entry, pending the payment of duty and tax. 

Prices vary according to the parcel's total weight.

The "Economy" service is generally slower than the "Priority" counterpart; yet sometimes the "Economy" can be more expensive than the "Priority": this depends on the package weight and kind used (envelope, cardboard box, etc.).
